GolfLogix GPS8 Subscription Terms and Conditions


Last Updated: October 12th, 2009 Thank you for choosing GolfLogix, Inc (“GolfLogix”). These are the terms and conditions (“Terms”), which apply to your paid subscription in the United States (“Subscription”) to the GolfLogix Membership service, which will be collectively referred to herein as the “Service.” These Terms will remain in effect until modified or terminated. Services will be provided to you and will continue to renew for additional terms of same length on the same billing terms unless canceled, terminated, or discontinued by you or GolfLogix. Please keep a copy of these Terms for your records.
  1. Subscription Fee: GolfLogix Membership service for a handheld device is subject to our Return Policy. You must also pay in advance by credit card or debit card.
  2. Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew annually for another prepaid period of the same length unless you choose to cancel prior to that renewal, or your Service is cancelled, terminated, or discontinued by the account holder or GolfLogix. Your account will automatically be charged at the rates in effect at the time of renewal.
  3. Changes in Fees: Our fees and other charges may be subject to change without prior notice.
  4. Change of Address or Account Information: You must notify GolfLogix, Inc. immediately of any change in your name, billing address, email address, telephone number, credit card, or other account information. Please contact our customer support department at 1-877-977-0162 or edit your information in the HELP section of our Course Manager Software.
  5. Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription at any time by notifying our Customer Support Team or manually cancelling your subscription in the HELP section of our Course Manager Software. Your cancellation will become effective immediately. We reserve the right to cancel your Subscription at any time if you fail to pay amounts owed to GolfLogix, violate or breach any of these Terms, or for any other reason at GolfLogix sole discretion

GolfLogix GPS8 Merchandise Return Policy


GolfLogix, Inc. understands returning products if often a frustrating experience. We have tried to make our process as simple and straightforward as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the merchandise within 30 days of receipt if the guidelines below are met.

In order to return your merchandise, please follow the guidelines below:
Before returning a product, you must first contact GolfLogix Customer Support at 1-877-977-0162 opt.1 or rma@golfgps.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. GolfLogix will not accept returns without a RMA number. You must call within 30 days of receiving the product. You must ship the product to GolfLogix within 5 days of obtaining the Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
  1. Include all original products and accessories to avoid any additional fees (GPS unit, belt clip, USB cable).
  2. Visibly write your RMA# on the outside of the box.
  3. Ship the products at your expense to the following address. We advise that you insure the shipment and obtain a tracking number, or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.

Upon receipt of your return, we will do our best to process your return within 7-10 business days. GolfLogix will issue a credit of the purchase price paid, less any shipping and handling and any applicable restocking fees subject to this policy. Refunds usually post to the credit card within 72 business hours. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing account number only. GolfLogix Inc. reserves the right to make changes to the Return policy. Special circumstances may require partnership with corporate business partners.

Return Merchandise Authorization Number
You must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to return product. You can obtain one by emailing your request to rma@golfgps.com or contacting our Customer Support Team at 1-877-977-0162 opt. 1. Any product returned to GolfLogix, Inc. without an RMA number will be refused and shipped back to sender.

Return Period
We are happy to offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all of our products. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your merchandise for a full refund less shipping and handling.

Restocking Fee
Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a GolfLogix, Inc. error, GolfLogix, Inc. may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price, plus any applicable sales tax if the product is not shipped within 5 days of receiving an RMA number.

Damaged Items
If you return an item that is physically damaged whether in shipping or due to misuse, you will not receive a credit.

Missing Items Fee
If the returned product is missing any of the original items or accessories, a missing items fee may be charged. Direct Sale Only purchases made directly from GolfLogix Inc. can be returned or refunded. If the merchandise was not purchased from GolfLogix, you will need to contact the original seller/retailer regarding their return policy.
